We spent an hour observing birds that came onto out school grounds. We had lots of birds visit our grounds because of our homemade bird feeders! We created a tally chart and took turns observing all the different kinds of birds that visited. We sent the results to the RSPB!
We watched a short video in English and then spoke about how William Darling was treat very different to Grace Darling. The children debated about if it was to happen today what would happen and would it have had such an impact in todays worlds.
In Birch we have been learning drawing skills and experimenting with different techniques when drawing lighthouses. We were really happy with the results.
