In Birch class we are looking at drawing in Art. We have started to look at how artists use shading to bring their work to life. We practised different shading techniques such as hatching and cross hatching. We also looked at applying different amounts of pressure to show different gradients of darkness.
We then drew an apple and applied the shading techniques we learnt to make it look 3D. Well done everyone, all your drawings were amazing!
