10B enjoying the PTA Christmas Craft Fayre. What a lovely bunch!
A huge thank from all of us to the PTA who organised a fantastic Christmas event yesterday. Pupils had a great time whether it be creating their Santa hats, drinking hot chocolate, wrapping presents or receiving their enormous candy canes. A great day was had by all.
As well as organising a great day the PTA raised £1193 through the raffle and the silent bid so a huge thank you for that as well.
Thanks to all the pupils who we were very proud of, displaying fantastic behaviour and manners throughout the day.
A huge thank you to the PTA for organising a fantastic Christmas event yesterday that not only raised a lot of money for the school through the raffle and the silent bid but also meant that despite all the restrictions due to Covid the pupils in school were able to have a great Christmas celebration. Overall, the event raised £1193 which is a fantastic achievement.
A massive thank you from all of the staff at Croft for organising such a great event.
Today’s pastoral history lesson was taught by Mr Swann who prepared a PowerPoint, created a worksheet and brought in some artefacts to show us.
One of our students has applied to college to be a teaching assistant and asked if he could try teaching the maths lesson today. He taught the lesson, marked the work and awarded Dojo points. Mr Vernon had better watch out; Mr Telford is after his job!
We decorated our classroom tree last week. We had lots of fun decorating the tree!
All the Beech children worked really hard to produce this amazing artwork in the style of Margaret Godfrey (linked to our volcano and earthquakes topic).
It will be lovely when it is on display in school for all to see and admire!
Well done to all 42 secondary pupils who received a McDonalds in recognition for their word count in reading this term.
