International Day of Happiness – March 20^th 2021

As we all take tentative steps towards a ‘new normal’ it is really important that we take time to look after ourselves, our families and others around us.

With March 20^th being the ‘International day of happiness’ we thought we would share some ideas, advice and strategies that may support you when facing difficult times or new challenges and help you respond constructively, positively and kindly.

Included in this short guide are some positive steps you can take when facing difficult times, some daily suggestions to help you develop coping strategies as well as some ideas of how to help you develop a mindful approach through the Mindful March calendar.

Today in Birch the children practised using knives and forks using play-dough to develop their independent functional skills. They are going to practise these skills at home.
