If you have access, go to YouTube and look for Joe Wicks. Every morning – Monday to Friday, he does a live workout suitable for all ages. It is half an hour – try it as a family!

Search for Just Dance on YouTube and follow the dance routines

Alternatively, try your own home workout, you could try:
- running up and down the stairs
- step ups on the bottom steps
- squats
- lunges
- running on the spot
- star jumps
- plank
- press ups
- marching on the spot
- ANYTHING that increases your heart rate!
Try mixing them up and do a minute exercise, 20 seconds rest and repeat.
