Charlie’s creative juices were flowing last week when he wrote his Haunted Manor story………..
The old manor that was sitting on top of the great hill with the surrounding covered in all kinds of plants and trees of all different shapes and sizes. With the windows covered in vines ad had decaying parts of the wall. The tiles on the roof where falling of and part of the roof had collapsed down and getting into the near vicinity of the manor a chill would fill the air and a dark fog would roll in and the trees would look dead but continuing forward would mean certain despair for the rest of there life. Inside is not much better as soon as you enter a stench worse then death begins to rise from some ware in the building but the rest of the inside has been covered in moss and other plants and with the part of the roof that’s open a tree is growing from the sunlight poring down and all of the tables chars and other things has been all turned over and an uneasy feeling sits in the air never rising or going away and the faint sound of speech always staying at the same volume no matter ware you are and the old planks hanging from the hole in the roof occasionally falling of and hitting the floor with a loud crash and each day the plant life grows even more but the creepiness never goes away.
Nice work Charlie!
Some fantastic resources to support children and families with ASC through this difficult time.
Hello P4, we hope you are all safe and well. It’s been lovely finding out how busy you have all been during our phone calls and emails with parents and carers. Well done those of you who have achieved Lexia certificates! I thought it would be nice to share some of the work and activities you have been doing.
We are missing you all and hope it won’t be too long before we are all back together in P4. Take care everyone!
A great way to start the day (I have been doing it!)
If you have access, go to YouTube and look for Joe Wicks. Every morning – Monday to Friday, he does a live workout suitable for all ages. It is half an hour – try it as a family!

Try mixing them up and do a minute exercise, 20 seconds rest and repeat.
Hi all,
I hope you are all well. I have attached some mindfulness colouring you could download, it is a great activity for keeping minds occupied and helping focus both for adults and students – I find it very therapeutic! Also attached are some ideas to help sleep and also some ideas to spend a few minutes out to be mindful – again suitable for adults also!
Enjoy,
Miss Herkes
Morning Everyone.
Hope your all managing and coping with the situation.
We are just sharing some information with you which we will also post on the school website.

The Free School meals system seems to be up and running now and we are going to check it again today to see where everyone is with the voucher system. Again, if you have not received the voucher yet can you check to see if it has arrived and message here or the school website.
Staff will be continuing with welfare calls this week so if there is anything you need or want to talk about please don’t hesitate to do so.
And finally, please don’t feel pressured to complete the school work with your child, these are extraordinary times and for our children in particular times of great stress. The resources and the work is there to help and support your children’s learning, there is no obligation to do all of it.
Take care of yourselves and each other.
Below you will find a link to a range of educational resources related to a range of different subjects.
