Croft Community School is an active member of Derwentside Sports Partnership and Durham, Cleveland and Darlington Special Schools Sports Association. Students have the opportunity to participate in and enjoy competitions, tournaments, league fixtures and festivals.

KS3 students engage in one lesson per week of core PE. They have the opportunity to explore and engage in a number of different individual and team sports.

Within KS4 students engage in one core lesson of PE per week and 1 lesson per week as part of their Entry Level qualification. Some students will be able to complete further study of GCSE PE.
