On behalf of all the primary staff and children we would like to say a great big THANKYOU to each and everyone of you for your support and kind donations that will be delivered to the local food bank at the Annfield Plain community centre by the end of the week. The children celebrated the Harvest festival with performing and singing to their parents and carers. In the production we had some singing cows, floppy scarecrows, dancing vegetables and samba dances. Year six children in Birch did some extra research and found out how Harvest festivals are celebrated in the rest of the world.
