PE
In PE we have been looking at something new! This term we will be learning how to play tennis. We had been practicing to catch the little tennis balls as well as learning how to balance them on our tennis rackets. This was a little tricky at first but we tried to get the hand of it.
Once we practiced balancing the tennis ball on the racket we had a relay in teams! It was super competitive.
Science
We also had a very interesting Science lesson, in Science we have been learning about different habitats and we have been talking about the different habitats that animals live in. We decided that we were going to go on an adventure around our school premises to see if we could see any animals in their habitats. We had magnifying glass to help us if we saw any little insects.
The children loved looking at things through the magnifying glass.
We decided that it was a little too cold for the animals to come out so we are going to try again at the end of this term to see if we can find anymore however we did find these two. We think they were baby slugs.
