Over the past few weeks, in RE, Birch class have been learning the story of Passover. The evening before Passover, Jews have a special meal called a Seder. The children made their own Seder plate, and tried some items, such as grape juice to represent wine, bread to represent matzah and lettuce leaves to represent bitter herbs.
